Refund policy

Returns
You can request a return within 30 days from receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn and unused.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
All original tags and labels must be attached.
The item must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, or otherwise used.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact KAJU as soon as possible.
Eligible defective products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection rules.

Refund
For eligible returns, the refund will cover the value of the returned product.
For defective or incorrect items, applicable return and delivery costs will be handled in accordance with the applicable consumer-protection rules.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and bank/payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to change your size or product, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the return conditions above.
If the replacement item has a higher price, the difference will be payable by the customer.
